So I'm back with my sophomore project 95 LIVE!!! It was very unique how we came about shooting the video. After a long day of shooting for Over Der Heads we just started chillin and getting in a zone! After having a conversation with Ellis we decided to create another visual at 3:00am. We started shooting and this is the final result. Lukasz (My wonderful DP) did a great job of capturing all the raw elements in the environment that takes the video to another level, embracing the theme of the gutter hood-videos of the 90's. That's what 95 LIVE is about, its paying homage to the music that had inspired Ellis & Legin during their adolescence and up until this point. Ellis even says in the song Makin music wit a 95 feel but it's 3000 ill. So I played off that theme. As you can see, the BW effect is a bit futuristic. This is just the second of many to come!
